HALL RENTAL

5 hr. Rental

$400.00-Large Hall (accommodates up to 250)                  Deposit $200

$200.00-Medium Hall (accommodates up to 125)               Deposit $100

$100.00-Small Hall (accommodates up to 80)                      Deposit $50

$50.00-Small Hall (For meetings without food service)       Deposit $25

You must have your event catered by a licensed and insured caterer.
Post 1080 now has catering avalable
or you may use your own caterer.
A caterers usage fee is charged per person if you use your own caterer.
$1.00
if your food is delivered and taked care of by your caterer.
$0.50 if your food is dropped off or you pick it up.

If you are interested in extending your hours, you may do so with a $100.00 charge for each additional hour.  (if open bar is requested, then each addition hour is $2.00 per person)

Police security is required for events with one hundred (100) guest or more.  Post 1080 will coordinate security at your expense.  The charge is $135.00.

We ask that half the hall rental cost is paid, as a deposit, to hold your date for you.   This is also a damage deposit.
The Deposit is in addition to the hall rental cost.

Deposits are refundable 2 days after your party.

The remainder of your payment is due one (1) week prior to your event in cash or a money order.

We also ask that you provide us with the actual number of guests seven (7) days prior to your event.

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.
Children must be kept in the hall you have rented.
NO PLAYING IN THE OUTER HALLS.
Children are not allowed in the main bar after 8:00 p.m.

A Payment plan can be arranged at your request.

If you use our catering, we will cover the food tables.
We do NOT provide table coverings for any other tables.

You may supply your own decorations.

Nothing may be hung or taped on the walls

You may hang paper decorations from the ceiling.

No confetti of any type may be used.

Bands or D.J.'s are allowed in the medium or large hall only.

No fog machines may be used by the D.J.'s.

We provide all tables and chairs set up and clean up.
Beyond normal clean up, an additional fee will be deducted from your deposit.

You may NOT bring in any of your own liquor or pop.
You must buy liquor and pop form Post 1080.

If you wish champagne, please notify us in advance.
Champagne must be purchased through Post 1080.

In all bar options, the Bartender will be supplied by Post 1080
Bartender gratituity is customary.
